UMI Marabu charcoal is produced from Marabu wood — a dense, dry tree species from Cuba. It is a charcoal that reaches and maintains a high temperature throughout the grilling process, without producing excessive flames, with a neutral smoky flavour that does not interfere with the natural taste of the meat.
What distinguishes this charcoal
Most common charcoals are produced from less dense woods, which burn quickly, produce a lot of ash, and lose their heat before the end of the grilling session. Marabu is a wood with higher density that produces good-sized charcoal pieces, which reach the ideal temperature for meat and maintain heat and shape until the end.

- Ideal temperature for grilling meat: reaches quickly and maintains
- Neutral smoky flavour — does not alter the natural taste of cuts

- Created by a cattle production company for specific use in grilling meat

O termómetro é muito mais fiável do que o tempo, porque a espessura do corte e a temperatura da grelha influenciam bastante o resultado.
