Kid goat is a young goat slaughtered before 6 months of age — the age that guarantees the most tender texture and most delicate flavour of this species. EU origin, headless, frozen. Available in half (approx. 2.5 kg) or whole (approx. 5 kg).

Preparation

Oven at 160ºC for 2h30 to 3h, basting with its own juices. Traditional seasoning: garlic, bay leaf, paprika and white wine. Minimum internal temperature: 70ºC.
